Job summary

EY’s AI Finance Manager role drives data architecture and governance for finance applications, leveraging Gen AI and machine learning to empower FP&A and reporting functions. You will design scalable data models, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Data Lead and Product Owner to implement the FDL Blueprint.

You will work with finance personas, develop data dictionaries, and ensure data quality across planning, reporting, close/consolidation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency with EPM platforms and financial data governance.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Tailoring technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize their investment through effective use and continuous improvement.
