VitalEdge Technologies Inc. is seeking an AI Implementation Consultant in Cary, NC for a full-time hybrid role.

You will lead the AI Technician Assist platform's implementation, integrate it with the e-Emphasys ERP Service module, and work with data science teams to define success metrics. The candidate should have 3+ years in AI/ML-enabled apps, ERP data experience, API knowledge, and a strong understanding of service orders, warranties, and technician workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/ML-enabled apps with understanding of models.
• Experience with ERP service modules and API data extraction.
• Familiar with APIs, data pipelines, and middleware.
• Knowledge of service order lifecycle and warranty.
• Strong data governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the AI Technician Assist platform.
• Own ERP integration between the AI Assist platform and the e-Emphasys Service module.
• Collaborate with data science/AI teams to define success criteria.
• Translate field workflows into guided assist flows.
• Develop training materials and drive adoption across technicians.
• Report progress and adoption metrics to stakeholders.
