Job summary

Accrete is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on high-stakes AI products for government and enterprise customers in the Miami area. You will join a tight-knit team to collect scattered inputs, define the most impactful problem, and design scalable data pipelines while owning project health and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and field analysts to tailor workflows, run training, and present demos.

Qualifications

• Current US security clearance at the top secret level or above.
• Willingness to travel 25%–40% or be on a customer site 40%–75% of the time.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on site with customer analysts and operators to learn key questions and friction points.
• Locate and evaluate relevant datasets, then partner with engineers to bring them into reliable pipelines.
• Design tailored workflows with customers for new groups of users.
• Run training and enablement sessions so the product fits real needs and is adopted broadly.
• Share findings and recommendations with audiences from frontline analysts to senior executives.
• Diagnose issues and apply practical fixes to keep projects on track.
