Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

This role offers flexible hours, payment per hour (up to $18), and free access to leading LLMs. You’ll contribute to evaluating AI outputs and writing clear explanations in English to help improve models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews in English.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
