Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Solutions Architect/Engineer to design and deploy Ethernet networking fabrics for AI Factories, enabling development and testing of Autonomous Vehicles and GenAI models. You will engage with researchers, developers, and customers, guiding designs with cutting‑edge networking hardware and software.

The role requires deep Ethernet networking expertise and hands‑on Linux/C/C++ experience, with opportunities to shape product strategy and gain exposure to NVIDIA SDKs and networking

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands‑on validated technical experience in Ethernet Networking technologies for HPC or AI computing clusters.
• Systems engineering, coding, and debugging skills including experience with C/C++, Linux kernels and drivers; comfortable with Linux shell commands.
• Knowledge of Slurm job scheduling and its implications on networking fabrics.
• Practical knowledge of Networking including Data Center topologies, routing and switching protocols, Ethernet protocols; telemetry interfaces (e.g., gNMI) and dashboards (e.g., Grafana).
• System level understanding of server architecture, PCIe devices, NICs, Linux OS and kernel drivers.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, research, product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Self‑starter with growth mindset and willingness to share findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship to partners and customers on gigawatt‑scale networking infrastructure deployments from design to production.
• Build demonstrations and POCs addressing critical business needs and draft feature requirements to unblock progress.
• Educate customers on NVIDIA networking solutions; deliver technical training presentations and workshops.
• Create collateral to help AI Factory builders with reference architectures and configurations.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins and feed product improvements.
