• Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience building or fine-tuning models (LLMs, transformers, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Contributions to open-source AI projects
• Research publications or patents in the AI/ML space
• Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Background in startup environments or product development
