Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rating and explaining each exchange. You will assess AI conversations, compare images/videos to prompts, and provide written explanations of issues, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
