Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, on your own schedule.

Contributors review outputs, score adherence and quality, and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems. Earn hourly pay with flexible, remote work and frequent payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, concise writing and strong listening skills.
• Detail-oriented reviewer who can spot inconsistencies and errors.
• Ability to think and explain decisions clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing findings.
