Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking experienced finance, audit, insurance, compliance, and legal professionals to join our on-call AI Evaluation Specialists network. This remote, on-call role supports AI training and evaluation initiatives across multiple domains.

Applicants bring real-world expertise in Investment Banking, FP&A, and related fields, with strong English communication and independent work capability for flexible, project-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience within one or more listed disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex business, financial, audit, compliance, insurance, or legal concepts and clearly explain reasoning.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create and review finance, audit, insurance, compliance, and legal-related prompts and tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy and relevance.
• Apply professional expertise to improve AI model performance.
• Review analyses, calculations, documentation, and recommendations.
• Identify inaccuracies and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide structured written feedback and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations.
