Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in at least one: Analog & Mixed-Signal Design, RF & Wireless Systems, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems & Controls, Signal Processing, Electromagnetics & antennas, Photonics & Optoelectronics, Electric Power & Energy Systems.
• Experience with circuit simulation and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of circuit design, troubleshooting, and system-level tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic electrical engineering scenarios based on professional experience
• Evaluate AI-generated circuit designs, calculations, and engineering analyses
• Review schematics, simulations, component selections, and technical recommendations
• Develop grading criteria, acceptance tests, and evaluation rubrics
• Identify engineering errors, incorrect assumptions, and design risks
• Provide detailed technical feedback grounded in engineering best practices
