Our Tech Consulting division specializes in AI, Big Data, and Cloud Engineering. We leverage best practices and extensive experience to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. As part of our Artificial Intelligence and Data team, you will work directly with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative AI strategies and solutions.

The Opportunity: EY is investing heavily in our AI & Data practice. You will help clients leverage AI at scale to achieve better business outcomes, designing scalable data solutions and navigating complex data science landscapes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver machine learning solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends and recommend ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Develop and implement ModelOps architectures for AI deployment and monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions on client platforms.
• Understand clients’ data, AI, and tech landscapes to inform strategy.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Solve complex problems by integrating data-driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
• 2-3+ years of consulting experience in business or technology.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with MLOps platforms such as MLFlow.
• Experience with data tools like SQL, Pandas, Spark.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in Data & AI domains (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
• Additional programming skills (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C).
