EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams across AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering for Technology sector engagements. You will connect business needs with architecture and engineering decisions, ensuring high-quality delivery and reusable accelerators.

You will guide teams, manage scope and budgets, and contribute to proposals and growth. Travel and flexible hours are required to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering.
• Experience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience taking generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems from prototype to production is important
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution development, and client presentations.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on client/project needs.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering workstreams from assessment through adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance, and outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive reporting.
• Support proposals, estimates, client presentations, and development of reusable accelerators.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
