Job summary

EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients.

You will connect business needs with architecture and engineering decisions, oversee high-quality delivery, and contribute to solution development and business growth across engagements, with a focus on governance, MLOps, and scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, or related field.
• Experience leading teams or major workstreams within enterprise AI/data/cloud initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience taking generative AI/RAG/agentic systems from prototype to production.
• Strong PM, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment through adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across delivery life cycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and reusable assets.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
