Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/AI/EE/CE with 6+ years in AI/ML work.
• - Master’s in CS/AI/EE/CE with 4+ years in AI/ML work.
• - At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
• - 3 years leading an engineering team.
• - 6 years deploying scalable AI on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• - Experience using Python/C++/Java/Golang for AI/ML.
• - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support AI software components.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across OSS and SaaS AI tech.
• Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap.
• Attract and retain top AI talent and foster development.
