The role will focus on embedding AI-assisted development practices throughout the SDLC, improving engineering productivity, and providing technical leadership and coaching to distributed development pods.

Must have

• Mandatory Skills Description:Strong hands-on software engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) background with experience applying AI/GenAI technologies across the SDLC and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments. Proven ability to work directly with client stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, guide the architecture and design of AI-enabled applications, establish engineering standards and guardrails, and coach development teams on effective use of AI for coding, testing, requirements analysis, code reviews, and documentation. Strong technical leadership experience working across distributed engineering teams and delivery pods is required.Experience building AI agents or enterprise GenAI solutions, leading offshore delivery pods, implementing AI productivity initiatives, and driving FDE-style solution development, integration, and adoption in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.
