Job summary

Harrington Starr's capital markets technology group is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to shape the next generation of their AI capability and production systems.

This hands-on technical leadership role will own architecture, drive AI-powered products, and mentor engineers while deploying scalable LLM services.

You'll design, build and deploy production-grade AI apps, optimize prompts, and collaborate with engineering leadership on technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying production LLM applications in a capital markets context.
• Strong background with RAG, AI agents and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases, cloud platforms and scalable distributed systems.
• Track record of owning complex technical projects from concept through production.
• Previous experience within financial services or capital markets preferred.
