Qualifications

• Experience with systems engineering processes, requirements management, and MBSE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled solutions to support requirements management, decomposition, allocation, and verification activities.
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of system requirements, specifications, and verification evidence.
• Integrate Jama with AI applications and databases to improve traceability and workflow efficiency.
• Connect verification artifacts, test reports, and objective evidence back to requirements.
• Develop AI workflows to analyze verification data and support requirement validation.
• Assist with flow-down of customer and system-level requirements to subsystem specifications.
• Support requirement allocation and traceability management.
• Demonstrate and train teams on AI-enabled systems engineering practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual systems engineering effort through automation.

We are seeking an AI Engineer to help modernize and accelerate systems engineering activities through the application of AI and automation. This individual will work closely with Systems Engineers to improve the way requirements are generated, allocated, verified, and traced throughout the system lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience with systems engineering processes, requirements management tools (such as Jama), and AI-enabled workflow automation. This role will focus on creating scalable solutions that connect requirements, verification evidence, and engineering artifacts while helping engineering teams adopt AI-driven tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled solutions to support requirements management, decomposition, allocation, and verification activities.
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of system requirements, specifications, and verification evidence.
• Integrate requirements management tools (e.g., Jama) with AI applications and databases to improve traceability and workflow efficiency.
• Create methods to connect verification artifacts, test reports, and objective evidence directly back to requirements.
• Develop AI workflows capable of analyzing verification data and identifying evidence that supports requirement validation.
• Support the flow-down of customer and system-level requirements to subsystem and component-level specifications.
• Assist System Engineers with:
  • Requirements allocation

• Leverage AI tools to draft proposed requirements and specifications while maintaining Systems Engineer review and approval authority.
