As an AI Engineer & Researcher specializing in Personality Post-Training, you’ll design and deploy state-of-the-art systems to enhance personality-driven training and personalization algorithms. You’ll pioneer innovative techniques to elevate AI capabilities, delivering seamless, delightful, and empowering experiences for users. What You’ll Do: Design and implement robust evaluations targeting personality traits and behaviors. Design scalable human and synthetic data collection system. Train models and run experiments to evaluate data quality and training receipt. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into production environments. Innovate new methodologies to enhance multimodal AI functionalities and user-centric features. Who You Are: Strong technical background and familiarity with the LLM post-training. Proven track record building scalable ML systems to drive product growth. Experience in building multimodal applications is a bonus. Passion for making delightful consumer products with cutting edge technology. Tech Stack: Python, JAX, Rust. Interview Process: After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15 minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews: Coding assessment in a language of your choice. Systems hands-on: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session. Project deep-dive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience. Meet and greet with the wider team. Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.
