You will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, rigorous testing, and observability, while collaborating with product and data teams to deliver deterministic AI capabilities. This onsite role spans East Peoria, IL or Irving, TX with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Expert-level prompt engineering with structured formats and context-window optimization.
• Production programming skills in Python/TypeScript for backend AI logic.
• Hands-on orchestration with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and hybrid search methods.
