Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an AI/Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents for PACE Advanced Concepts. You will build reliable integrations between AI systems and enterprise data, test models, create prototypes, and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and product teams in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical work.
Experience with Python strongly preferred; JavaScript/TypeScript preferred.
Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, LLMs, RAG, and agent/workflow tech preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and agent workflows for innovation initiatives.
Build reliable integrations between AI systems, data sources, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
Configure, test, and assess AI models, agents, orchestration patterns, and Microsoft Foundry capabilities.
