Responsibilities

Advance features from Proof of Concept to production readiness.
Execute the technical vision for AI solution development and delivery.
Refine user stories and acceptance criteria to align with business needs.
Write production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
Develop and implement testing protocols including smoke and unit tests.
Support debugging and issue triage throughout the development cycle.
Participate in ethical reviews and risk/security evaluations for responsible AI deployment.
