Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team in Maryland. This role centers on applying existing large language models to mission workflows and building agentic AI solutions that automate manual tasks and enhance reporting workflows.

The AI Engineer will collaborate with system and software engineers to prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI-enabled capabilities within the existing architecture, leveraging APIs and orchestration frameworks for selective model usage and

Qualifications

Strong Python development skills and production-quality code experience.
Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities via APIs and orchestration frameworks.
Experience designing multi-agent or multi-step AI workflows and prompt chaining.
Strong prompt engineering skills with evaluation of LLM outputs.
Experience integrating AI into existing software architectures (RESTful APIs, microservices).
Experience with AWS cloud platform.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of AI-driven solutions, building multi-agent workflows.
