Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a AI Engineer, Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will focus on building practical AI solutions that improve marketing execution, automate repetitive work, and help teams move faster with greater consistency. The person in this role will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to prototype, operationalize, and support AI-enabled workflows across the broader marketing technology ecosystem. Success in the role will depend on translating emerging AI capabilities into usable tools, clear guidance, and reliable production-ready support for the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI tools for various marketing functions
• Write, test, and iterate prompts for LLM-powered applications
• Integrate AI tools with the marketing tech stack using APIs and automation
• Take tools from prototype to production, ensuring quality and user feedback incorporation
• Create clear documentation and playbooks for team self-service
• Train marketing teams on effective tool usage and AI limitations
• Support the intake process by evaluating project submissions

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI and marketing technology tools, including Claude, Gemini, Clay, and Glean
• 2+ years in marketing technology, automation, or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt writing and output evaluation
• Comfort with technical integration using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Strong written communication skills for producing essential documentation
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and a proactive approach to shipping projects
