Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC in New Jersey seeks an AI Engineer to define and scale how our engineering org builds simulation software with AI agents. This role centers on loop engineering, guardrails, and workflows for safe, production-grade AI contributions across the stack.

You will own Java microservices, Node.js services, React UI, and Python tooling, architect MCP servers, develop learning content, and drive observable, tested systems with strong emphasis on automation and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered software in an engineering org.
• Ability to design loop engineering workflows with guardrails.
• Experience integrating AI services into web apps and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design loop engineering workflows using Claude Code and similar tools.
• Architect MCP servers and tool schemas for safety and usability by LLM agents.
• Define human-in-the-loop checkpoints and rollback strategies.
• Build evaluation harnesses and observability practices for AI outputs.
• Oversee Java, Node.js, React, and Python components across services.
• Develop responsive web apps with React and secure REST APIs.
