Nextiva is seeking an AI Engineer Intern to build and deploy AI agents and apps that streamline internal operations at our Scottsdale headquarters. You will work in a hands-on, scrappy environment to quantify impact and iterate quickly across multiple departments.

Join the AI Operations team for a Summer/Fall 2026 internship. This onsite role requires five days per week at the Scottsdale location, with opportunities to learn end-to-end AI workflows and internal tool development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a senior or master's student in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated scrappiness through startup, hackathon, or side project experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI toolchains required.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and scale AI workflows to reduce manual work.
• Deploy agentic automations for internal process monitoring and optimization.
• Prototype integrations to remove repetitive tasks and document playbooks.
