Postman seeks an AI Engineer Intern to join our AI team and work on large-scale AI and Agentic systems from data pipeline to production deployment. You will own discrete pieces under mentorship and contribute to APIFlow-Bench benchmarks, model training with PyTorch, and auditable evaluation workflows.

Strong Python fundamentals, experience with PyTorch, and clear communication are required. You will read source code, document results, and collaborate with senior engineers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python and ML workflows.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, testing, and code clarity.
• Experience training or evaluating ML models (course projects, research, internships).
• Experience with deep-learning frameworks like PyTorch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI systems from data pipeline to production deployment.
• Work on APIFlow-Bench benchmark design and task generation in Python.
• Fine-tune open-weight models for tool calling and agentic tasks using PyTorch.
• Design experiments with rigorous evaluation, ablation studies, and cost analysis.
• Document experiments, decisions, and runbooks for team readability.
