Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, EE, or related field
• 3+ years of professional software development with AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLM apps, RAG pipelines, or agent systems
• Experience with time-series data processing and telemetry ML
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD
• Strong CS fundamentals and version control
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-agent system components for telemetry analysis
• Build integrations connecting agents to ground services
• Create agent tooling, prompts, and orchestration for LLMs
• Develop RAG pipelines for document ingestion and vector indexing
• Implement retrieval strategies and operator QA workflows
• Maintain containerized AI services on AWS with Docker
• Contribute to audit trails, observability, and incident response
• Develop ML model training and evaluation pipelines
