UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to develop Generative AI applications and intelligent AI agents, with 1–3 years of experience. You will design, implement, and deploy AI-powered features across recruitment workflows.

You’ll work with Python, LLM APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and backend services using FastAPI. Collaboration with product and engineering teams to ship production-ready AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, or software development.
• Strong Python programming proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask or REST API development.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or other databases.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model integration.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms and modern dev practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

About The Role

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop innovative AI-powered applications, intelligent AI agents, and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a passion for building scalable Generative AI solutions. You will contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered recruitment technology, including intelligent candidate sourcing, resume screening, semantic matching, and automated recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents.
• Build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or pgvector.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience developing SaaS applications or AI-powered recruitment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with real-world Generative AI projects.
