Job summary

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to build AI-powered applications, intelligent AI agents, and automation solutions.

You will leverage Python, LLMs, and tools like LangChain and LangGraph to create scalable Generative AI features for recruitment workflows. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, semantic matching, and disruptive AI-enabled recruitment experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AI/ML engineering or software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI or equivalents).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or REST API development.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model integration.
• Git, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop innovative AI-powered applications, intelligent AI agents, and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a passion for building scalable Generative AI solutions.You will contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered recruitment technology, including intelligent candidate sourcing, resume screening, semantic matching, and automated recruitment workflows.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, or software development.

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

• Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or pgvector.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience developing SaaS applications or AI-powered recruitment platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with real‑world Generative AI projects.
