Accenture PLC seeks an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy GenAI solutions on the Databricks Intelligence Platform. The role requires strong experience with Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog, and API layers for enterprise AI. Hybrid onsite in Dallas with potential travel across the US.

You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, prototype end-to-end agentic workflows, and lead workshops while ensuring robust, secure deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an AI Native Engineer with GenAI production experience.
• Experience with Databricks and large-scale data projects (Delta Lake, DLT, Spark, Unity Catalog).
• Strong Python/Java and production-grade APIs for enterprise AI.
• Experience shipping agentic AI in production and with AI platforms.
• 2+ years of production ML/LLM lifecycle and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients as technologist and trusted advisor.
• Define use cases, prototype solutions, and deploy agentic workflows.
• Engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Build RAG and multi-agent systems on Databricks using Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Model Serving, MLflow.
• Develop data and feature foundations on the Lakehouse (Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog).
• Tailor and deploy agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail sectors.
• Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions.
• Define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Process large-scale datasets on Databricks with Spark.
• Integrate LLM solutions with APIs, monitoring, and prompt management.
• Run MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across ML/LLM lifecycle.

Salary: $62,800 - 261,500 per year

Requirements

• We need an AI Native Engineer with strong experience building GenAI solutions and deep expertise in productionizing AI applications on the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
• We need at least 4 years of engineering experience on Databricks and large-scale big data projects, including Delta Lake, DLT, Apache Spark, and Unity Catalog, along with experience building API layers for enterprise data and AI/ML capabilities.
• We need at least 5 years of experience with Python, Java, or a similar language, plus comfort using evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• We need at least 1 year of experience designing and delivering agentic AI solutions in production.
• We need at least 1 year of experience shipping agentic solutions in production using AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open source tools, together with Databricks AI tooling such as Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Model Serving, and MLflow.
• We need at least 2 years of experience taking solutions to production, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code with Terraform or Helm, monitoring, and debugging, as well as practical MLOps and LLMOps experience across the full ML and LLM lifecycle.
• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent experience; an associate degree is acceptable with the required additional work experience.
• We may consider qualified applicants in Dallas, Columbus, Tampa, Atlanta, or Houston, and this role requires hybrid onsite work in Dallas with 3 days per week in the office.
• Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 75% depending on business and client needs.

• We will partner with stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and suited to complex enterprise environments.
• We will design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• We will build RAG and multi-agent systems on Databricks using Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Model Serving, and MLflow, while governing data and models through Unity Catalog.
• We will develop data and feature foundations on the Lakehouse, including Delta Lake, DLT, and Unity Catalog, to support production AI applications.
• We will tailor and deploy agentic applications across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
• We will lead design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions with client stakeholders.
• We will define and apply metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• We will process large-scale distributed datasets on the Databricks Intelligence Platform using Apache Spark.
• We will integrate LLM solutions with APIs, model monitoring, and prompt management.
• We will run MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the ML and LLM lifecycle.
