Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в AI/ML-инженерии.
• Сильные навыки Python с использованием PyTorch и/или TensorFlow.
• Практический опыт работы с LLM и MLOps.
• Опыт работы с облачными платформами AWS, GCP или Azure.
• Продвинутый английский (письменно и устно).
• Способность работать автономно в удалённой мультикультурной среде.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, собирать и внедрять AI/ML решения, включая LLM‑приложения и ML‑пайплайны.
• Переводить требования клиентов в надёжные производственные системы.
• Оценивать, настраивать и мониторить модели для качества и масштабируемости.
• Сотрудничать с международными командами инженеров, продукта и данных.
• Документировать решения и ясно сообщать технический прогресс заинтересованным лицам.

Channels Educação is a Brazilian company looking for an AI Engineer to join our team remotely. You will design and deliver AI solutions for clients.

• Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications and ML pipelines
• Translate business requirements from clients into reliable, production-ready systems
• Evaluate, fine-tune and monitor models to ensure quality, performance and scalability
• Collaborate with our international engineering, product and data teams
• Document solutions and communicate technical progress clearly to stakeholders

Требования

• Currently based in the country where this position is listed, with the legal right to work as a contractor
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning) and MLOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Advanced English, written and spoken (required)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural environment
