Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Business & Data Analyst to join the IOA practice, focusing on designing and deploying AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with analysts and consultants to translate client requirements into scalable AI/ML applications, spanning from data pipelines to model deployment.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud AI experiences (AWS, GCP, Azure) and staying current with evolving AI frameworks in a fast-moving environment. Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or related field.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud AI platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python; experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack AI applications using Python and agentic frameworks.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Create and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Spark, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Apply ML/NLG techniques and deploy models using Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Work with large-scale data platforms like Azure Synapse and Databricks SQL.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
