Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of engineering experience with strong software fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or agents in real environments.
• Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production.
• Comfortable working as a hands-on IC in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents using Claude to support internal and customer-facing use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, agent logic, and tool/function calling for reliable AI behavior.
• Integrate AI agents into applications using REST APIs and backend services.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI use cases into working solutions.
• Support production readiness through testing, monitoring, and iteration.
