JPI Companies is hiring an AI Engineer in Dallas, TX to design, build, and ship production-grade AI-enabled software, integrations, and automations using AI coding assistants and agentic tools.

You will turn requirements into reliable systems, review AI-generated code for security and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend our AI capabilities across digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building software with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with LangGraph, MCP, and Agent Harness.
• Experience with Workato and other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Workday, BuildingConnected, Procore, Airtable, Oracle Cloud infra, Fabric, Power Platform, Azure.
• Experience with SQL databases and Git-based version control and CI/CD (GitLab preferred).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and ship production software including AI-driven applications, integrations, and automations.
• Translate business requirements into specifications guiding AI tools.
• Review, test, and refactor AI-generated code for security and performance.
• Use AI to generate tests, docs, and code review feedback.
• Build scalable integrations using tools like Workato and REST APIs to coordinate flows between systems.
