• Design and improve internal AI infrastructure to reduce reliance on third-party tools.
• Debug, test, and refine workflows for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with an operations/project manager to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and frameworks to improve system capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
• Strong understanding of automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Go High Level, or similar platforms.
• Ability to balance rapid implementation with long-term system scalability.
• Solid problem-solving skills with experience debugging workflows and integrations.
• Experience connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, backend systems, or building custom AI pipelines (e.g., RAG systems).
