Job summary

HR Pundits Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems in production environments.

You will develop production-ready agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration that integrate with enterprise systems. You will implement multi-agent roles, handle state, retries, and failure paths, and expose tools to agents via function-calling and Model Context Protocol servers, wrapping internal APIs safely.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade AI agents and workflows.
• Familiarity with large language model tooling and multi-agent frameworks.
• Ability to design safe, scalable agent capabilities and tool integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered agents that plan, call tools, and complete multi-step tasks.
• Develop multi-agent workflows including planner, executor, reviewer, and specialist roles.
• Expose tools to agents via function-calling and MCP servers, wrapping internal APIs and enterprise systems as safe capabilities.
• Design state handling, retries, and graceful failure paths for agent orchestration.
