Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an AI Engineer in Plano, TX, for an 8-month contract with extensions. The role requires hands-on GenAI, data engineering, and cloud experience, including LangGraph, LangChain, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, and API development with FastAPI.

Candidates will debug and triage complex issues and craft agentic solutions. Ideal applicants have 5+ years of experience, a strong foundation in Python, and the ability to deploy production-grade AI systems on Azure Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software & Data Engineering and GenAI.
• Hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, NoSQL, and Azure Cloud.
• API development experience (preferably FastAPI in Python).
• Ability to independently debug and triage problems and think agentically.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, and agentic architectures.
• Develop robust Python-based services and data pipelines with PySpark and Databricks.
• Build APIs (FastAPI) and ensure scalable, production-ready deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems with agentic approaches.

Job Description :
