Spell, Inc. is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to reinvent the productivity suite for the AI era by building and refining core AI agent systems that improve the quality and relevance of AI outputs for users.

You will work closely with the Co-founder/CTO on large-scale AI agent architectures and production-grade LLMs, delivering high-impact features with ambitious timelines and meaningful equity ownership.

Job description

We're seeking an extremely talented Founding AI Engineer to help reinvent the productivity suite for the AI era. You will primarily focus on building and refining our core AI agent systems, with the goal of improving the quality and relevance of AI outputs for our users.

You must have experience designing and building large-scale AI agent systems that have served millions of users, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.

• Familiarity with advanced AI agent system architectures and building production-grade LLM products is essential.
• You should be skilled in Node and Vue, and be comfortable working across the entire product stack.
• You'll work closely with our Co-founder/CTO, an expert in large-scale AI agent systems and production enterprise systems. Top-notch technical and communication skills are important.
