Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE & CO. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions across Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Services, leveraging GenAI, ML, and Azure AI services.

You will translate business problems into production-grade AI systems, implement embeddings, RAG, and vector search, and collaborate with data and engineering teams to integrate these capabilities into workflows.

Our client a major Financial Services /Asset Management company is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions across business functions including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Azure AI services, Python, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and production AI deployments.
Top Must-Have Skills (80/20 Focus)

• 5–7+ years building AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Hands‑on expertise with:
