WRITER is building enterprise generative AI that delivers real production impact. In this hybrid role in New York, NY, you will architect and deploy high-performance AI applications and intelligent, data-grounded agents for WRITER’s enterprise platform.

You’ll work on scalable systems, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help maintain strong responsible AI practices for large language models. You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of production AI features, collaborating with research

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing, especially with large language models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for managing the AI lifecycle.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for scalable software systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong interest in tackling complex technical challenges with creative AI solutions.
• You connect by collaborating across diverse teams, challenge the status quo to innovate, and own your projects with a commitment to impact and excellence.
