You will work on Deep Learning, Generative AI, and explainable AI, collaborating across business domains such as finance and insurance, and you will learn to apply state-of-the-art techniques to real-world problems.

Qualificações

Job Location: Piscataway, NJ/Hartford, CT/Dallas, TX

Role Summary:

We are looking for talented graduates with a BS /MS degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data science or related fields.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s / Master's graduates from 2025/2026 batch
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship

Key responsibilities:

• Ability to analyze natural language and quantitative problems to produce Machine Learning based models/solutions.
• Optimization of existing machine learning models and solutions.
• Comprehensive analysis and understanding of a business problem statement, passion and willingness to explore and learn domains including finance, insurance etc.
• Research and implement solutions that will include Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic architecture based implementations, fine tuning of small language models.
• Keeping abreast of AI and ML models and their applicability in real world context
• Implement solutions with explainability and optimized performance
