What You'll Do

• Fine-tune proprietary and open-source large language models for travel-specific applications
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for contextual tour recommendations
• Distill large models into efficient, deployable versions for production use
• Quantize models for optimal inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructure
• Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and performance
• Deploy and optimize models on various hardware configurations (GPUs, TPUs, edge devices)
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features
• Stay current with latest research and implement state-of-the-art techniques

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in machine learning or AI engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, pruning)
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding systems
• Experience deploying ML models at scale
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
