Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.

• Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, workflow automation, or agent-assisted development.
• Ability to prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of secure, compliant, and governed use of business applications and data.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, workflow automation, or agent-assisted development
• Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of secure, compliant, and governed use of business applications and data.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred skills and attributes for this role:

• 7+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation frameworks, data integration, or low-code/no-code AI platforms.
• Experience coaching engineering teams on AI adoption and best practices.
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience working with US-based leadership and distributed engineering teams.
