Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination considered.
• Proven ability to build enablement toolkits and demos.

Responsibilities

• Drive organization-wide AI enablement and literacy.
• Manage AI intake, discovery, and enablement operating model.
• Maintain prioritized backlog and ensure clear success criteria for initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Operations on governance.
