Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to coordinate cross‑functional AI enablement initiatives within its infrastructure projects. This role requires leading an AI Champions Network, designing training and change programs, and partnering with AI Leads to embed AI tools in daily work.

The position is part‑time telework with at least three days of in‑person attendance weekly at Reston, VA, and involves overseeing Enablement metrics, communications, and stakeholder engagement across global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Change Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years in change management, organisational development, learning & development, or technology enablement roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale training programmes for technology deployments.
• Strong change management methodologies knowledge (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed org.
• Experience supervising small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Functional AI Leads across business units with dotted-line management.
• Develop and grow the AI Champions Network and engagement activities.
• Design and implement AI change management strategies for rollout of AI tools.
• Develop and deliver AI training programmes tailored to functions and workflows.
• Track and report AI Enablement metrics and milestones across the programme.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify barriers and develop enablement solutions.
• Support awareness campaigns for AI milestones and launches.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to improve enablement content.
• Maintain repositories of learning materials and enablement guides.
• Align Enablement strategies with programme governance and leadership.
• Supervise the Dashboard & Analytics Lead.
