LPL Financial is seeking an AI Platform Enablement Analyst to empower engineering teams by building foundational AI tooling, starter kits, and reference implementations. The role focuses on hands‑on engineering and improving developer experience, enabling faster AI product development.

You will work across platform engineering and application development to deliver reusable patterns, templates, and documentation that accelerate AI workloads across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 7–12 years experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms.
• 7–12 years experience creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Build reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations to support AI‑enabled software development.
• Create developer tooling for local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloads.
• Translate platform capabilities into documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding resources.
• Develop templates and examples for AI use cases such as chat assistants, summarization, RAG, and agent‑based workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to promote adoption and scalable AI solutions.
• Gather feedback from early adopters and continuously improve tools and documentation.
• Support internal demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives showcasing AI capabilities.
