Job summary

The Weather Company is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to lead a team creating engaging, intuitive experiences for millions of daily active users. You will shape the intersection of user-centered design, business strategy, and technology, guiding the future of our consumer digital portfolio.

You will drive design strategy, foster growth and engagement, and maintain design excellence across platforms, while shaping a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product design
• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven portfolio of high-volume consumer apps
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and user research platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership and strategy for core consumer app features
• Lead a team of product and interaction designers; mentor and grow career paths
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Data Science, and Marketing to ship updates quickly
• Oversee the evolution of the design system across iOS, Android, and Web
• Leverage AI tools to concept and prototype, driving adoption within the team
