Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Principal Business Analyst with deep Oracle EBS expertise to support core finance operations, including GL, consolidations, revenue recognition, AR, and AP. This role partners with Finance and IT to ensure accurate reporting and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance IT roles, strong Excel modeling, and a proven record of delivering AI-enabled improvements to financial workflows. Tysons, VA-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years in EBS functional analyst or similar
• Hands-on Oracle EBS in GL/AR/AP
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Excel modeling and analytics proficiency

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize GL, consolidations, revenue recognition in Oracle EBS
• Manage AR/AP processes and intercompany transactions
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and analyses
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to drive process improvements and AI-enabled insights
