Qualifications

• 2+ years in business analysis, digital solutions support, or comparable roles supporting technology adoption.
• Familiarity with enterprise productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms) and exposure to AI tools such as Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead discovery conversations to understand business needs and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver enablement through role-based demos, office hours, and collaborative sessions tied to real tasks.
• Coordinate with senior enablement staff on engagement planning and follow-up to reinforce adoption.
• Document requirements and translate challenges into actionable enablement actions (templates, job aids, workflows).
• Assist with configuration, testing, and validation within scope; support user acceptance testing.
