Job summary

IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to develop data models, BI solutions, and analytics to support financial and operational decision-making. This role collaborates with Finance and IT to deliver scalable reporting and AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will design and maintain Power BI models, financial and operational data structures, and engage in governance, security, and documentation while partnering with FP&A to drive KPI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP environments and financial reporting.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, BI solutions, reporting platforms.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights for FP&A and operations.
• Govern data security, governance, and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on data governance and AI enablement.
